We guarantee a reliable, natural and realistic meeting without requiring any technical involvement from you, or the need to deploy costly back-office technology or support. From our user-friendly meeting scheduling portal and concierge meeting reservation service, to walking in and meeting over Teliris Telepresence, all aspects of the experience are transparently handled, allowing meeting participants to focus fully on their meeting, regardless of how many sites or people are attending.

Teliris guarantees your meetings through a single point of contact
To ensure that you have the best telepresence meeting experience -- anywhere, anytime, and without issue -- every Teliris Telepresence solution is delivered with a managed service that provides 24/7 real-time management and support for all your meetings via our trained teams at the Teliris Telepresence Operations Centers, located in New York and London. We are your single point of contact to coordinate meeting setup and verify readiness. The Teliris Telepresence Operations Center monitors all of the network connections to make sure that nothing disrupts your meeting. From the room systems to the network connections, to scheduling -- Teliris handles every detail.

The Teliris Telepresence Operations Centers are also responsible for conference room set up and testing all of the components. The conference room setup is based on the information you provide to us through the Teliris Telepresence Access Portal, including time, locations, number of participants in each location, collaboration tools to be used, and any other pertinent information. A Microsoft Outlook interface to the Teliris Telepresence AccessPortal is available. We can also provide an optional "Meet and Greet Concierge" service that allows meeting participants to affirm that they are satisfied with the conference room setup and make any special requests before their meeting starts. After the meeting is automatically configured by Teliris patented Dynamic Scenario Manager software, each component in each conference room is tested. Issues are addressed prior to your meeting by the Teliris Telepresence Operations Centers - often without your involvement. Teliris technicians are always remotely available for immediate assistance should it be required.

All of these services are delivered based on our contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA) with a 99 percent-plus call assurance guarantee.
