Rodney Rogers is Teliris' Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Prior to Teliris, Rodney held various positions at worldwide consulting firm Capgemini (Paris CAC-40: CAP) inclusive of chief strategist for North America and Managing Director for Eastern U.S. operations following Capgemini's acquisition of Kanbay International. Prior to Capgemini, Rodney was Chief Operating Officer for Kanbay (NASDQ: KBAY) and Chairman and CEO for Adjoined Consulting, both leading firms in the information technology and management consulting sector. Rodney began his career at Accenture, a global IT services, consulting and outsourcing firm where he specialized in business strategy and technology for the consumer products industry. Rodney is involved with a number of Miami-area charitable and civic organizations and also sits on the Board of Directors of a variety of related organizations. He earned a Bachelor of Science, Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida.
Anne has historically focused on investment opportunities in enterprise technologies and communications. She is currently targeting companies in the financial technology sector and sits on the board of directors of Teliris, Asset Control, and Xoom.
Previously, Anne led Fidelity Ventures’ investments in AireSpace (acquired by Cisco Systems), Oakley Networks (acquired by Raytheon), ONI Systems (IPO, subsequently acquired by Ciena) and Service Metrics, Inc. (acquired by Exodus). She was also integral to the investments in Nexabit Networks (acquired by Lucent), Nuance Communications (NASDAQ: NUAN), InterNAP (NASDAQ: INAP), and Webspective Software (acquired by Inktomi).
Anne joined Fidelity Ventures in 1996 and was one of the initial partners to join the firm. Working with Rob Ketterson, she established the investment strategy and focus for Fund I. In addition, she was vital in formalizing and scaling all aspects of the firm from the ground up to support their investments including executing on the investment strategy, growing and developing the investment professionals team and marketing the services offered by Fidelity Ventures.
Before joining Fidelity Ventures, Anne was an equity analyst with Fidelity Investments, where she covered the technology sector. In this role she was responsible for making investment decisions representing over $2 billion in Fidelity's holdings. Anne received a BA from Harvard College.
John is a Partner with Columbia Capital where he focuses on communication services investments. Prior to joining Columbia Capital, he was a member of Morgan Stanley's Private Equity Group, specializing in investments in the telecommunications and data services arena. He has held positions with Fidelity Ventures and the Investment Banking Division of Alex. Brown & Sons, Incorporated. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Envysion, GTS CE, MegaPath, MindSHIFT Technologies, New Global Telecom, Presidio, and Zayo Bandwidth. He is also actively involved in MetroPCS Communications and was previously involved with Mobile Satellite Ventures. John served on the board of ICG Communications prior to its sale to Level 3 Communications and represented Columbia Capital's interests in Mpower Communications prior to its sale to TelePacific. He was also a board member of FDN Communications prior to its merger with NuVox Communications. John received his B.A. from Princeton University and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Marc is a co-founder and CEO of Teliris and is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the company. He has over 25 years of experience in helping customers benefit from the deployment of leading-edge technologies in the areas of visual communications, collaboration, data infrastructure, and transport systems. Under his leadership, Teliris has acquired more paying customers, delivered superior operating performance, and grown its business faster than any of its competitors. As a result, Teliris has grown to be the leading innovative provider of telepresence solutions - with a sixth generation suite of solutions in a second generation industry. Marc is a recognized telepresence visionary and was instrumental in developing and launching the first virtual meeting solution over a decade ago. Prior to Teliris, Marc was CEO of Mycroft, a leading technology consulting firm focusing on network security and infrastructure. Marc also served as the CTO for NETLAN, a large network integrator. Marc began his career directly after university, when he founded and served as President of the IDS Computer Center.
